Had an issue with a door latch, although car was a couple months out of warranty. Craig, service manager, went out of his way and helped me out, checking service bulletins, etc, and eventually it was fixed with an adjustment. Original cost was supposed to be $100.00 under a gm goodwill plan, but the work only cost $50.00 because the latch apparently didn't need replacing. However, two months later, the problem happened again and, without hesitation, Craig and Dominic, his boss, stood up for me and had it replaced for the $100.00 dollars, less the previous $48.00 I paid for the previous service. I appreciate their efforts,particularly Craig's as he said he would do his best to help me out, and he was a man of his word. First dealings with Craig and Coughlin, but WILL NOT be my last. I have a 2008 Pontiac G6 and a headlight burned out so I stopped by one of the auto parts stores in London to see if they would not only sell me one but replace it for me. I talked to the clerk and he told me he was not allowed to replace bulbs in the type of beadlights I have so I left and drove to Coughlin Automotive. I walked into service and talked to Craig and told him I needed a headlight bulb, I told him if they couldn't do it that evening to make me an appointment and I would bring the car back to get the work done.
