Very easy and quick

I drive out from Columbus because that's where my Equinox was purchased...but the more important reason is because I trust Caleb completely. I know he will advise me and carry out the work that needs to be done without tacking on unnecessary costs

Had my truck in for oil change, fuel filter and I ask them to fill up the tires. It has been cold and they lost air pressure. When I picked up the vehicle the air had not been added to the tires. Certainly not up to their usual high standards. Have always been very happy with their service. So just a little disappointed.

Drive in, go have a couple cups of coffee in their waiting area(which is always clean and inviting), and as usual. Vehicle ready to roll in the time promised. These folks are family.

Everything was fantastic from the owner to the service crew to the finance crew. They did a fantastic job walking me through my new vehicle telling me what it does and how it works. Thank you coughlin motors.

Our experience with the dealership was top notch. The only detractor to our overall experience was a couple of Trump supporting customers making unwanted and unsubstantiated comments while watching the TV news in the customer lounge. We felt so uncomfortable, we left the lounge and sat on the showroom. The dealership associates were sincerely sorry for our experiences. We are still very satisfied customers, but wonder why some people think they need to make disturbing comments in a lounge full of people who are just there to get their vehicle serviced. Being. a free country, we left the room… but wondered why some people can be so mean spirited.

Your dealership needs another trans. guy. My 2025 Blazer was there for a month waiting on repair. Your service rep Calib was great. Kept me informed on progress.

Came in for an oil change on my Sierra 3500. Told the service rep I was going next door for breakfast while the oil was being changed. Service rep drove me to the restaurant where I was going to have breakfast. Service above and beyond. Truck was done a short time after I returned to the dealership. Will use Coughlin service again.

Wasn't happy . Two hours for an oil change is kinda crazy.

I have worked with Chris Coffman previously. He has always been helpful and understanding to my needs and situation. When I was finally in the position to make a deal, Chris made it happen. I was there probably at the most 3 hours which was appreciated. I drove away with my new ride with a smile on my face and stress free

Dealership was awesome to work with. Warranty program not so much. I haven’t put 40k miles on the truck and at 61k the module goes bad. Of course the part wasn’t covered by any warranty. I even have the extended warranty. Even though before I hit 60k on the truck it was in the shop for the same issue and the mechanics couldn’t replicate the issue once unplugging every module and plugging them back in. Kinda wish GM would stand behind their shops and make things right.

Sometimes companies don't realize what type of employees they have. Well Coughlin has a good employee! Give this man a raise!

Scheduled appointment at 10:30 am. Oil change and tire rotation. Waited until 12:20 pm for completion. Dealership was not busy. Technicians must get paid by the hour.

Jimmy Zornes in the body shop was excellent with communication and trying to get my car fixed at a fair price. I do need to return in a week to have scratches buffed out.

The customer service was top notch. Both service techs working the intake desk were great. I explained my problem and made a statement that "I know it's not your problem, but I'm frustrated with the ongoing issues." The service tech replied, "Well it's our problem now." Great response and made me feel like they could empathize with my frustration. My truck was ready the following day and so far, it's working as intended. I will definitely be back.

As usual, the process of booking the appointment, the repair/ maintenance service, and the pick up of the vehicle is streamlined.

Chris and caleb Goes above and beyond great service advisors they made things happen where I can get my truck back because I wasn’t able to make it there on time before the service department closed and jason Smith is the best car salesman an aftermarket guy. If you need a truck I would definitely see Jason. I would definitely request Caleb or Chris as service advisors.

By delivering cost effective service it is easier to bring my vehicle in for service instead of doing it myself.

I came in knowing what was wrong with my car. Chris did not tell me he was doing a diagnostic on the car nor that there was a charge for it. I had to get a rental car and had it for 7 days for a diagnostic that was only 1.5hrs to do. Had I known that I could have made the decision to stop this whole thing or proceed with getting it repaired. I had to keep calling to check on the status of my vehicle when he said he would call me. He did call me 1 time.

The service was top notch. Jim Zorn kept me well informed and made himself available for questions. The quality of the service was above and beyond. The end product (my baby Buick Enclave) was beautiful and back in service AND back home looking perfect. Thank you Coughlin and Jim!

My service experience was fantastic!

This was the5th time I had to take truck in for the same oil leak after a routine oil change. The truck was there for two months. Paid $1100.00 for a new plastic oil pan. Still leaked. Replaced with another plastic oil pan. Still leaked. Then replaced with metal pan and and no more leak. Sounds like a mistake using plastic oil pan. A design flaw. Also told hydraulic motor mount leaking. Another dumb idea.

Got to talk with Charlie over the phone didn't get to work with him but he was courteous and respectful, and he referred me to Mike cause he had a trip to see his family and I respect that. I dropped off my vehicle the night before and was told I had a 9:30 appointment to change the oil. I called at 12:30 to check and I had the feeling I not done so they wouldn’t have worked on it at all.
